Components are weight-tested, reinforced, and designed to eliminate flex, wobble, and tipping.

Yes. All items are sanded smooth, finished with low-VOC materials, and built with cat-safe surfaces designed for claws, paws, and daily use.

Yes. Assembly is required and takes approximately 20–30 minutes. All necessary hardware is included, along with clear step-by-step instructions. A standard screwdriver is required for assembly. (STREET LIGHT CAT POST INCLUDES SCREWDRIVER) Once assembled, the ramp locks in solid and is ready for use.

Each item is made to order just for you, so all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to repair, replace parts, or otherwise make it right.

Yes! We’re happy to offer international shipping on all of our flat-box items. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and vary by destination, so please reach out before ordering and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote and help guide you through the process.
